The 'I Am Fabulous' workshop will lead you through a simple yet powerful protocol drawing from the work of Desiree Mangandog, an acupuncturist and essential oil expert. She specialises in emotional well-being through essential oils and Chinese medical principles. The combination of specific oils and targeted organ meridians will create quick and lasting emotional shifts.
These application techniques work with therapeutic grade essential oils and specific acupuncture points to remove common blockages.
During this hands on workshop will be applying a series of essential oils as part of an Emotional Wellness protocol to:
- Eliminate Overwhelm
- Boost Self Esteem
- Clarity & Vision
- Project Yourself
Wear clothing separates such as a top and pants/skirt to allow easy access to apply oils to your belly, wrists and elbow creases i.e don't wear a dress.
We will be using the following oils for the Emotional Wellness protocol: Tea Tree, Oregano, Cypress, Fennel, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Douglas Fir, Spearmint, Ginger and Cinnamon (diluted together with Fractionated Coconut Oil carrier oil).
At the end of the workshop you can choose which oil blend to transition into using for the next 2-4 weeks. If this is your first class Bye Bye Baggage or Release your fears are suggested, if you have done this class previously then 'I Love Myself' or 'Soothe The Soul' are the next blends suggested. You will then have the opportunity to make the blend and take it home with you.
